"Victoria buildings can't use natural gas or other fossil fuels"

Victoria council declared a climate emergency in 2019.

In response to this, the Victoria council is taking a big step in regards to climate change by requiring new builds to be "“zero carbon” producers by 2025". This is happening five years ahead of provincial requirements.
